SHRED POP is an all-natural, non-GMO, gluten-free, air-popped popcorn available in four different flavors to choose from White Cheddar, Honey BBQ, Sea Salt, and Kettle.
With only 120 calories for three full cups, our popcorn is high in fiber and protein. Unlike many other popcorns that are cooked in oil, SHRED POP is air-popped which gives it a much healthier profile.

Q: Are SHRED POP products natural?
A: Yes! There are no artificial ingredients, flavors or preservatives in our products. We pride ourselves on providing you with a great tasting snack that’s free of all those things, including GMOs, MSG, peanuts, soy, tree nuts and gluten.

Q: Do SHRED POP products contain genetically modified ingredients?
A: No. SHRED POP is certified non-GMO. Although the majority of corn grown in the U.S. is genetically modified, the corn that is used to make popcorn is not. Our products have been verified as free from genetically-modified organisms by the Non-GMO Project. For more information on Non-GMO Project verification, go here.

Q: Are SHRED POP products organic?
A: No, our products do not qualify as organic, although they are free of GMOs, gluten free, and contain no
artificial ingredients. Very few popcorns are organic.
